Embodying simplicity and sophistication, the Castell beverage menu celebrates the iconic Martini and a return to elevated service of the classic cocktail bar. Each Martini incarnation - Dry, Dirty, 50/50, Gibson, Vesper, and 'Spanish' - includes a gin or vodka option and garnish with a profile specifically tailored to the drink. Beyond the Martini, a bevy of cocktails are available – just ask for Stirred, Shaken, or Hi-Ball – in addition to beer, wine and non-alcoholic “spirits” and a menu of Mediterranean small plates and shareable dishes.


THE MARTINI

First published in the 1880 Bartender’s Manual, the Martini’s popularity grew over the years to become Mid-Century de rigeur.
